PhoenixMirror
Multiplayer Dedicated Server (Windows Server 2019 Std) Mods: None Reproduction steps: 1) Deleted any pre-existing server config files, saves etc to wipe anything pre-existing and let the startserver.bat generate new ones 2) Enter ingame as admin and set the time under sandbox options to 15 minutes (real life) and the loot respawn hours under server options to 0 or 1 hour (ingame time) to get the loot to quickly recycle. 3) Find a house with a kitchen and start emptying out all the cupboards of any items. Some cupboards won't respawn loot at all. Others will respawn loot for a few cycles and then like the others stop respawning completley as if they just become 'dead'. So far I have only witnessed this happening with kitchen counters and some small wall shelves, but I have a feeling that it probably happens with certain other containers like lockers etc. I have provided a link to a video here of reproducing this. It's pretty long and not very exciting... but I hope it illustrates the point! Thanks!
Pandorea
It seems that "Sandbox options" panel only affects some settings on the server (we're looking into this). If you want to affect more permanent changes you need to change these options in the .ini file. Followed by a server restart.
