TV shows with different airing times

I won't be liked for this suggestion but it would be more interesting and less OP if TV shows were aired at different times and different days of the week (not every days) between each worlds so you don't abuse it by knowing exactly when to watch the TV and become a carpenter in one day.

To know when shows air you could find TV guides in houses and libraries

Same idea could be brought to radios. 

 

Of course it would be at some realistic times, it won't be aired between 23:00 and 4:00
