Custom Icons

I am working on a fantasy mod with a friend and i was creating the icons we need.. it occurs to me that i may be doing it wrong. Is there a pallet i should be limiting myself to or are these ok?

looks good. Seems to be all ok.

Yeah, no reason to be limiting yourself to a specific colour palette unless you're trying to capture the same feel as Project Zomboid. As it stands, PZ follows a slightly desaturated colour palette, so you tend not to find any vibrant colours when playing unless you have an injector or something in your game.

 

On top of this, there's a lot of assets from Mash that use limited amounts of colours, so there's that as well. I'd recommend flicking through some of the icons and texture files and looking at them close up if you're going for a similar style. If not, those are looking perfectly fine as is.
