Changing night length in Multiplayer Server

Hi,

I ran a multiplayer server using the default settings but the night is incredibly long and we want to change it. I tried editing the settings from the PZserversettings and overwriting my initial file but nothing has changed. Is it even possible to change it now?

If not, how do I make a new server with these settings?

You have to save the settings in servertest_sandboxvars.lua, within the %username%\zomboid\server directory. The server can't be running when these changes are made.
