Am I the only person in the world who enjoys vanilla Bethesda games? I only mod elder scrolls for more content. I know Bethesda games are usually buggy messes but they have a weird way of having little to no game breaking bugs and just lots and lots of hilarious ones.

Just found 3 axes, (and I already had 1), 1 shotgun, a pistol, and quite a bit of ammo......thank god for the sledgehammer and the Guns & Ammo store!
While beating up some Zeds to increase my skill points I found 2 Axes amongst the dead. I run 3 DAYS to find one and then the games just like 'Oh those old things? We have loads! here have some' x_x

Um... so in your view beating a tree with a fork is "NOT insane"?
I'm not sure I want to know what you'd actually call "already insane" if beating on trees with a fork isn't it.

The only thing I know about this is that the hair style is called Crimping. I thought i'd found the artist but Thomas Benton doesnt rhyme with crimping
Edit: Unless its something like Gustav Klimt has his hair Crimped
but my brain is telling me no.

I've found an ax in the gun store behind twiggy's before, there's lots of good stuff in that place! it has a burglar alarm though, so its a good idea to find the shotgun quick once you get inside!
is that alarm definite? Alarms are random as far as I know. But It was alarmed for me too but I've only been in it once.

Screw you guys, we have a new forum now!
I've not been checking here as often as I should, been obsessing over making sure the Steam forums are happy. Everyone who's popped over there and helped make it the warm lovely place this is has our eternal thanks! It's amazing.
Keep it up! And as soon as we've got on an even keel with the Steam build, normal service will resume here as far as I'm concerned.
So, what does one get for "eternal thanks"?
I could use a new fork; I think I bent this one.

Walk up to the door you can see, then walk to the right along the side of the building and you'll find it. See the corner of a semi-hidden garage door there? It's next to that. Can't see it in this picture. Have to be standing in the corner.

I red some debates on the steam-forums with the indie-team desperatly trying to explain the game is in alpha.
Wait, on our forums? People were not aware that an EARLY ACCESS title was not a full release? O.o

The issue with finding anything in West point is the loot is all jacked up. I went into the police station and found 30 9mm rounds and over 17 pieces of clothing in the gun lockers........... Same with the hardware store a few nails and clothes. I have given up finding anything in west point and ran back to Muldraugh. Im sure they are working on this but atm i have had to make 5 trips back to get stuff so i can survive in West point.
I suppose its to be expected what with WP being so new to the game. Loot balance will come.

The items section is missing some entries too such as Ham, the Spiffo doll and a Rubik Cube just to name a few.
Edit: Things are missing from the carpentry guide, too (such as Rain water barrels)
Double Edit: The Modding page could do with some additional information such as the new modloader and links to posts regarding that.

I find that the negative posts over there are so deconstructive and stupid that they're more than likely just trolls, and they're also far and few between.
Had to laugh at the guy suggesting PZ should be free though. Bless him.
Really nice to see so many new faces almost all of them very pleasant. Also on another note zomboid is at number 10 on the bestseller list on steam, woohoo front page!

I dont think its very pressing that it gets addressed but the Last Stand mode on the Wiki could do with a spruce, afaik (Its been a while since I played with LS mode) Challenge 1 and 2 operate slightly differently and one has permanent unlockable skills/buffs after you've made a character for it.

I've looked on the corpse of every zombie i've killed (179 in this save) and not seen any axes, thankfully I found one in muldraugh.
It's gonna be a fun apocalypse

How big do you guys make your farms? I was also considering planting in stages, so a chunk one day, a chunk a day or two later etc, so not all my crops are finishing around the same time. With no way of keeping my crops fresh once the powers gone I don't want to finish my farm to find half of my food spoils before I can eat it :S

I gave in and ran to Muldraugh and thankfully found an axe and a sledge in the large warehouse on the highway. Makes the 3 day trip worth it a bit

basically you can destroy doors and get planks + a door hinge and a door knob
Oh, obviously haha why didnt i think of that. I knew you could do this with Axes but I assumed it would just take too long with anything else.
Hardware store turned up trumps so thats those 3 locations searched. Looks like I'm gonna have to punch trees down like this is minecraft. On top of this I now have 4 scratches and no infection. I'm starting to think perhaps this woman is made of metal.
