Is Vehicle Build 41.2 the newest version and are there mods for it/do older mods work still?

So what's the most CURRENT version of this game that's open to the public ? Are vehicles officially in the game ?

Do you need to have/do something specific to bury the corpses ? I have a shovel and dug the grave but I get no option to do so.

So are the Vehicle Builds (16) different from the regular builds (38.5) ?

Ah, okay thanks. I know with Carpentry you just need to have it in your inventory but that is good to know .

Just to make sure before I start deleting items, the gun attachments currently have no purpose right ?
