    I find it much more realistic to get out of the car as fast as possible and try to avoid the zeds. If there are too many of them they will grab you and eat you alive anyway

  2. I keep geting the same problem in the latest vehicle release (with the vanilla trove jar and also the trove jar you provided)

     

    This time the log is from the "Host" option in the main menu

     

    After "Loading world" it just says "Server has stopped during launch (NormalTermination)"

    Vehicles branch works fine under wine (windows version is installed in another SteamLibrary), the problem is present only when using the native linux binaries. I already tried deleting the whole game from Steam (Linux) and then downloading the vehicles branch again

    Do you know how can I disable the admin powers? I managed to host the server (windows version) through wine, but when I log in with the admin account I don't see any option to disable admin powers and play as a normal user... I remember when using the "Host" option there was a dialog box asking you to click on "Ok" to deactivate admin powers until you needed them again... But here I can't use the "Host" option, I must connect with the Linux client to the Windows server. Is there a command I can use on my dedicated server?

  4. Everytime I try to start the server, either through 'Host' button or running start-server.sh, it crashes. I always get the same output... However IWBUMS server starts fine with no problems

    What can I do to get it working?

  5. In multiplayer with 2 friends, with vehicles enabled via the server config file:

     

    -If you apply the survival presets, there wil be almost 0 loot on the hardware store and food market, but specially on the hardware store. Loot was all set to normal, except for weapons that were set to rare. Happened multiple times with no mods

     

    -We spent a few hours looting West Point and putting everything into 2 cars we stole from a parking lot, then we headed to Mccoy Logging Co. While on the road, one of us took an abandoned sports car and put some loot on it.

     

    -Once we arrived to a Mccoy Logging Co. to grab some logs, there was no loot in the trunk of the sports car. We lost a lot of seeds

     

    -We were heading to Rosewood Prison after that, and when we were about 5 blocks form it, suddenly the ingame chat stopped working and none of us could use the cars anymore. They said via steam chat that they couldn't drive anymore. My game was like frozen, I couldn't do anything, not even getting out of the car. They were able to exit their cars before quitting

     

    -Once the admin restarted the server and we connected again, the three cars were gone

    Hey man, could you tell me how to play Manhattown? I downloaded it and put in workshop folder, then activated it, but it doesn't show up on the spawn location list

With the vehicle branch, with or without vehicles enabled, it was more choppy and didn't take long till the stuttering began.

    And IWBUMS 38.7 works perfectly fine, it's just vehicle tech test

    I haven't tried the vehicle test build and have no experience with MX (my machines run pure deb), but it looks like they've been using backports to update some of the packages and they don't seem to provide a handy list on the website.  My advice would be manually in a terminal check what libstdc++6 is installed:

    ls /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6*

    Without knowing what all that distro has done and backported (or knowing whats in their repos) I shouldn't really give advice on upgrading lbstdc++, it might be worth checking with their support forums

    Hope they don't dissappear... So people who want to create massive cemeteries are free to do so and people who prefer to burn them all can burn them all

  11. Is it possible to read the radio/tv dialogs outside of the game? Tried opening \media\radio\RadioData.xml but the text appears to be encrypted or something.
