I would definitely recommend Kerbal. It's got quite a steep learning curve, and things do progress quite slowly, but once you get the hang of it, its very rewarding. I once got two ships to line up in orbit and got a guy to space-walk from one ship to the other, i felt like the king of space. There are some good tutorial videos on youtube by the ludicrously-named Scott Manley.

This is an interesting point. And i have to agree with Rath that Dark Souls (which i played recently) is a really good example of game that doesn't hold your hand throughout like so many others do. I found it really refreshing to be challenged like that, and it made me realize how rare that is these days. Haven't tried rogue legacy, but hopefully my love of random-generation stuff will be enough to get over its flaws. (totally waiting till it goes on sale though)

I certainly watch youtube the most, but I'll occasionally watch twitch, and would definitely tune in if you're doing a stream. How're you thinking of announcing your livestreams? as someone who doesnt visit twitch often (and is a twitterphobe) I'm usually only alerted to streams when i notice people post those mini youtube videos announcing them.
