  1. Should you really ask? http://www.demotivacije.com/media/demotivators/demotivacija.hr_OOPA-HITLER-HOMBIE-STYLE-Opa-Hitler-Zombie-style_135377115090.jpg
  2. You can find BBQs and other kind of fire-based cooking tools around houses garden. They are in the big open, but still work... Might as well do a couple of jogs around while looking at the cooking when a couple of zombies comes around or bash them out if you got the skill/exp for it. (You know, the Zombieland trick of running around, continue, running around again as they come closer, etc.) XD
  3. If the idea of using the fry pan on the stove isn't accepted, at lest, it could be something as simple as : - Put 1 to 4 fry pan inside the oven's inventory - Put specific food items - Start the oven Depending on the number of fry pans you places (up to 4), the same number of cooked food items might get a quality + or something... or may cook faster. That would force the player to keep watch over the oven. It would require the player to hunt for fry pans if he wish to do more than 1 food item at the time. If the player want to cook both a "non-fry pan" item and a "fry pan item" at the same time, just putting them together in the oven inventory would do the trick as only "Fry enable" food item could get cooked faster/better with the fry pan. Maybe even some ultra quick special items only obtainable through with the "use" of a fry pan... like Cooked eggs or Cooked bacon. Fry pan functions would not work with microwaves (obviously) and if the player put multiple "fry pan enable" food items inside the oven with the fry pan, only one item, at the time per fry pan, gets cooked with the special function. (first item(s) placed or something like that). The other possibility would be to have the fry pan in the main and the food item you want to cook in the secondary while staying next to the oven while it's turned ON. That would allow the player to cook the food "manually". Now that I think about it... How about creating a bomb/noise maker with the microwave? Put some tableware or anything metallic inside the microwave and turn it on. 10-15 seconds later, the microwave explode and create a huge noise (and some damage around it)
  4. I think this is a good idea, but it would also require an additional skill especially for projectile-like weapons. (Bow and crossbow) Shooting with a crossbow or a bow is nothing like shooting a gun. The range, the "wind", the power of the damages done, etc. Bow and crossbow could do really little damage to zombies at first, but have a chance to "cripple" them or slow them down even further. With more skill in it, it could become a close-to-one-shot weapon as each shot got a chance to one-hit the zombies. (From really hard to use to one of the most useful weapon. A classic.) The skill would affect directly if the bolt/arrow kill or not. As long as the skills in it is not high, it's a gamble weapon. The bolt/arrow could have a high chance to be broken if the zombie don't die from it. That's my little addition to the idea.

    DRUGS!

Why being specific? In my opinion, drugs would be a good "rare" resource for the game and gameplay, but why getting into detail that are the main source of the problem? Just using terms that common uses as names and that would fix any kind of problem that the game could bring. - Anti-Stress pills : Help against stress & anxiety, but add to tiredness of the player. - Adrenaline injection : Give a temporary boost in max weight, damages and speed. - Syrup : Have a chance to remove any sickness except for zombification. - Energy Drink : Give a temporary boost to speed and to the perception. - Smokes : Help against stress but may make the player coughs which would be a source of noises. - Coffee : Help temporary against tiredness and perception, but remove the ability to sleep as long as the effect last. No need to jump over the fence and add specific narcotics and especially not in the vanilla version. It's all good in a mod as this is not part of the "official" version. Adding unneeded narcotics may bring a little 1% of reality, but also bring 50% more problem. It's as much of a problem as adding sex between survivors.
