  1. ahh. ive gotten this far with what i believe to be failed ideas but if you guys don't like this idea i have in plane, i don't wont know how to impress you. so here is my new idea. (please dont talk about how the programmers would be able to do this and how hard it would be. its just a suggestion. but please reply away) relationships what i would love to see is a new ribbin icon for npc chat called relationship. this is where you can increase or decrease your relationship with that npc. it could be giving them a gift, or doing a personal mission for them such as getting there teddy bear etc. you have a releationship bar for each character that you meet. most being neutral at first. but robbing or stealing there stuff for example will make them give you a negative view. not allowing you to buy stuff off them or let them join you. on the other hand being very good for them can open more dialogue options such as flirting, embracing, high fives and getting drunk can improve your relationship with an npc. these will help create a full choice of becoming friends, romantic partners, or just plain friendly companions. these will allow your character to get benefits such as having social friends, companions, guards, traders, or just loyal acquaintances. their will be other benefits such as free gifts etc. family you can start families with romantic partners by having intercourse. although their are some requirements= need to know RI for at least a week, need to be near a bed to do the action, need to have the RI as a companion, need the companion to agree (some may disagree randomly if not ready) it will fade black until the time you have mated for. usually a day or two later, your ms will become pregnant and will have you collect some items to help with the pregnancy. Note you need three friends to help with the birth. you will have to collect some milk, towel, pillow, book, surgical scissors, drugs etc. (may change depending on NPC). when the child is born (probably a week) a cotton will be spawned next to the bed you mated in, (make sure you have intercourse in a safe area or base). baby while the child is in the cotton you will have to go on supply runs to collect milk and apple sauce to feed it. if not fed for two days your child will die from starvation and your romantic interest will look towards you as negative and might even try and kill you. you can feed your child once a day. interactions will be made that will allow the user to interact with the baby. such as adoring it, hugging it and tickling it it will take a week for a baby to turn into a child child when a child, you can teach him to read by gifting him dictionary etc. you can also teach him anything you can be taught in a more fartherly way such as teaching him fish, read, cook, hunt, use weapons etc. if zombies are nearby and you are in stealth, your child will succumb and freak out scrunching up on the floor, in these cases you will have to pick him up and run to a safe area, or tuck him in bed. it takes two weeks for a child to turn into a teen teen when a teen all the skills you have taught him will go in affect. he will be able to defend himself, survive in extreme cases and become your companion were you can the same skills but now you can teach him firearms. allowing him to get better will benefit you both in the game. you can choose what he wears and equips. teen is the oldest your child can get and will stay this age for the rest of your game play added feature that dosnt need to be in if you dont want to this is when your characte dies. you could choose to reload your last save or continue playing as your child who will automaticly become a man and you can custimize his characteristics etc. note that the skills you taught him will be on his character info when played.
  2. Many People thought about sex in Game. This is a confirmed no but I see no reason for it. I mean we dont have to hear/ see it. Like when you are in REALLY GOOD relationship with the other gender a black screen appears when sleeping and the characters speak with each other and say something like:,, I really like you" ,,I like you too" NOM NOM NOM (Just a joke XD) and yeah the day after you are not stressed, have something to believe on.EDIT: Oh and maybe after they trusted each other their love a warm bright strings music appears. geeze. i think thats a good idea. and it makes sense that it would go black cause im pretty sure you dont want to see pixalated boobs neither the programmers. but i believe this could come into survival and family needs. such as having a child and taking care of him. teaching him how to learn skills and try and repopulate the world. and protect him, such as a base gets taking over and you can pick him up and run. using both hands. this is an awesome suggestion. im going to make itso dont steal it. its mine. that is a good idea though and when your character dies, you could play as your child. even though the games about how you die
  3. yes. but it wasnt resented to the actually character. say you make a face pic and you make your actual fuzzy guy. you could make he a her and keep the face a guy. but if you mean by the programming for what action he makes with what emotion does sound like a lot of work. but i think they could do it. i mean, im not going outside the box am i

Ive been playing PZ since the demo and have always looked at all the room in the HUD. theirs so much i could fit the main menu in. ive also been staring at my character. even with the character customization, i still cant really see my characters face and thought of an idea. how about a split character customization for a profile pic style. a face display that appears on the bottom right of the screen a bit like doom. where you click on his head to select the injuries and character info instead of that box thing. its basically still using the info bar thing for your character but instead is a face of your character that you can customize before you start the game with a bit more detail. such as eye color, scars, beards, specific hair style etc. and the face would be an alert for any notifications connecting to your emoticon expressing. say he gets injured the face will alert the player to check there character info to see the injury. or when your character is cold he would shiver and shake etc. i thinks its a smart idea to feel closer to your character and to add bling on your HUD instead of the profile info thing. thanks for the reply's.

  6. yeh. NPCs are so smart in this game. just imagine if you can start relationships with them and fall in love or become besties, just to see them later on be ripped apart. or you could start strongholds and have a big town of survivors all friends in the trades etc. feel back at home.

  10. before i start i would just love to say thanks to all those who responded to my previous suggestion, opening up helpful tips etc. today i will mostly be talking about animations and actions. i did look through some suggestions to see if this has already been asked but i couldn't find anything. if you do find something in here that's already been said please put the link in the comments, for i would be very interested. pins (offensive and defensive) whats more fun then having a 1v1 with a zombie. going back and fourth, trying to not get bit but slam that bastards head open. but when this is done more than once it just feels unnecessary and quite boring and worryingly for those trying not to get bit. usually if you get to close to it, it somehow still attacks you without you even knowing. how much better would it be if you where to open a door just to be tackled to the ground by a zombie, having it try and rip into your chest open while you struggle to survive, pushing and trying to throw it off you, trying your hardest to tap on random key board keys. or if you tackle a crazy survivor or infected on the ground and as they struggle to throw you off, you pull out a rock and taping the left mouse button, you come crashing your rock against their head, repetitively as their head starts cracking then bursting open. pretty cool eh. (emo alert) any way, i believe this will bring an exciting game play mode to it, and give it a more up close feel dangerous feel. grapples now this one i found really cool and thought it would help in stealth a lot. grapples. know have you ever just wanted to beat the shit out of a enemy using your environment and scenery or would you like to go behinnd a Z just to get a hold and smash your knife straight in its heart or suffocating it. now i thought of this idea when playing the last of us. as i got hold of z's i just felt like smashing their heads against a fridge and i felt this game would be perfect for it. well with this mechanic of the game, it would allow you to grapple a z or survivor and do a number of choices. you could silently slit their throat or choke them or you could smash them against your environment from smashing down on tables to snapping their necks on the edges or things, breaking their skull with a fridge or smashing their head through a t.v or door/window. for example say you sneak into a house and see a Z starring out the window. you go over behind it and grab its back throwing it against a table then smashing it to the wall to furiously beat it to death with your hands till its head pops. this i think would be a awesome game element for indoor close fighting or itematic areas. quick time events this is a interesting one for it has a big hole between it and the game. there would have to be heaps of changes to allow this giving the feeling it probably would never be used in game. quick time events or random events would happen in game allowing new and infinite opportunities. you know when you enter a new world and start walking around and you feel like the world is so lifeless and not very changing besides what your character does. you know, you will be walking around and then you hear gunshots then your just like "pffff. sound effects" then continue walking. what happens if your just walking around and see a npc start fireing and then bolt out of a house running past you and as you look you see the house explode and hordes of zombies bursting out. or you run down the stairs so fast that you trip giving you a quick option to quickly land the fall before you do fall. thanks for the comments guys.
  11. i know what your talking about. how he holds and swings it like his trying to poke sommething away from him. it would be better if he would do grapples with stealth and go behind then and cut the Zs throats then voliently stab them in the stomach of ear. bad ass joel (the last of us) style

  13. before i get under way i would just like to interduce myself. i am Tsukune Aono and ive been playing this game for quite some time now and love it. but i do have some suggestions to what could enhance this game to be even more productive and awesome. animations ive seen through my gameplay not much but some quirky animations. such as opening windows, how he holds weapons and attacks with them and felt that they could still be there but if their were openings in custimization. such as being able to change how you walk, sneak, hold weapons, open things etc. and could all be listed under styreo type features. such as a light fast guy could have a stance like Aiden Pearce ( watch_dogs) while big jock like characters would walk with grit and a sense to smash somethings head in. i would also like appearance animations to be fixed to such as holding rubbish bags or having camping packs on your back. im just sick of looking at my dull character silliesly walk around like fallout 3 carrying a shit ton of stuff and not actually giving a F about it like he shrunk all of his items and shoved them down his pants. i would love to be able to open up a heads up display like the bodies health one and actually attach a gun to his belt, put some water bottles on the side of his back pack and have sone grenades on his chest while he has a back pack on and having an animation to run with struggle and stumble. (i know i may have added items and things you actually cant do or would change the whole concept of the game but i would make another topic about those so dont worry. Items i would love to have the following items in the game. this may help in gameplay generator location:(rare) basements, hardware stores, survivor bases, camps, some houses Info: generators are used for keeping the electricity and water sources working in a floor (small, medium), or an area space conected to it R: i would love to have a cool little area running electricity even when the lights go out to still feel home and comfertable. it would also make for some survival feel to some requirements: (FYI: requiments are also items i would love to put in the game and will be found under neath) a quarter of oil canaster a day. oil canaster: location: (easily found) basements, attics, hardware stors, houses, back yards, kitchen closets, cars, petrol stations info: oil canasters could be used for a number of things from burning houses down to starting up a generator, or killing yourself. R: to help with the generator system dvds: Location: (easily found) living rooms, bedrooms, dvd stores, shops, mall, info: are either recorded t.v.shows or movies that allow to entertain your character much faster than reading books. R: im a comfy survival sourt of guy and would love to chill back and watch some sitcoms as the world ends. it would be fun as requirments: T.V., electricity working CPs/ laptops Location: bedrooms, lound rooms, dinning rooms, shops, parks info: these allow the user to look up on whats happening in the world from statistics stating the dead and electricity and water runout, check their emails if any playabal or non-playable characters have got news for them and to just get any announcments in the world from scientests etc. R: like i said with dvds this would also be a happy comfy device but would also be important for serious situations requirments: electricity grids time line im just going to get this done fast. time line would be when you get to spawn in the game and the effects it takes on your character. for instance say you make it Z day then it will be when the virus first spread, leading people to panic and drive around and go into shops and steal supplies and cause choas or you could make it twenty years later where the worlds a waste land and the enviroment is saught of like the last of us. thank you for the replies and keep playing PZ
