In the .xml setup for clothing items, textures that apply to the character model are listed in the BaseTextures array, whilst textures that apply to models are listed in the TextureChoices array. I have noticed that the texture integer that the game chooses when a clothing item is spawned is different for each array. This means that if you are using the ClothingItemExtra feature to switch from a clothing item that uses a BaseTexture to an item that uses a TextureChoice (and vice versa), the texture will not sync up between them and will completely change as long as the item has multiple textures available. This is only a minor issue that doesn't affect anything in the base game but it has caused a problem for me when modding and it would be cool if it could be fixed.
  2. Whenever I try to join a server that has Hydrocraft installed the game says that the mod needs to be updated, nothing happens and I can't join. When I close the game the Workshop files start downloading but it flashes between complete and the bar being half full. The only way to stop it is to unsubscribe to the mod. I have tried manually downloading Hydrocraft but the game never recognizes it when joining servers. Other mods work fine and the game crashes on startup when subscribed to Hydrocraft too. Does anyone know of a solution?

  5. Having an entire horde eat the same body seems kinda hard. It's probably gonna be restricted to one/two zombies devouring a body, max. I understand what you mean when you see http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=296530151
  6. Duct tape wouldn't protect against a zombie bite, maybe a scratch but its not thick enough to do that. But using duct tape to keep armor on would work
  7. When it's actually possible I think they should replace it with an animation similiar to "World War Z" where the zombies don't move their arms as much so they're just behind their waist
  8. On the official extra content for the "Night of the living dead" anniversary version they mentioned that "Day of the dead" took place a LONG time after the start of the apocalypse so the zombies had become stronger meaning that it was almost impossible to push a zombie after being grappled
  9. Im sure if I was a zombie I would always get a bite or two no matter how many bodies...I mean buddies are around. Realistically speaking Im sure that 6-8 zombies can mangle on the same corpse at one time easily. Others would just pile around, pushing each other. Make it as messy and chaotic as it can look in isometric game. Imagine that when there are more then 20 zombies the ones that aren't getting food simply shuffle around.

So my idea came from when if you get killed by a bunch of zombies you can see more blood coming out of your corpse and you can hear "munching" sounds, but the zombies are just standing there doing absolutely nothing. so I think that the zombies should have animations of them crouching down and eating and i think that when they are eating somebody's corpse in multiplayer (or an npc in singleplayer) they should have a lower awareness level making you more able to sneak past them. Please post any suggestions in the comments Update: I also found some OLD sprites in the game's files of gibs which usually appeared in alpha when you were being nommed on by some zambies, so I think they should also HD-ify them and use those for when you get mauled and if they do eventually add amputations and gore
