Mod list down to about 50 cars and misc QoL mods mostly related to cars (like dashboard), and still happening when others are driving on the server:
It's way worse when driving at angles/non cardinal directions, looks like it's trying to load multiple chunks or cells. Server can't keep up even when driving 50mph. In the screen below the loading was so slow it stopped the car.
Well it makes sense now that you say it like that, but i'm not sure how one's supposed to understand that without bending half the stop signs in the city ...
One thing i have to add, is that a "inspired" concept makes me feel wacky on the inside. Again, if i may bring up the GTA argument with cars being knockoffs, guns being knockoffs etc. Especially in recent years GTA has added both cars and guns that look very similar to the real life models rather than how the old cars look, altered so much they don't look alike to the real life models they were inspired from and the only way to say "its this model" is if someone really does research or the devs say it because otherwise you wouldn't be able to tell.
Even if you don't play GTA, you might know of the 'SMG'... that's it. Picture of reference:
The only way i can really decipher this is meant to be a MP5 knockoff, is by the stock and charging handle. Otherwise it doesn't much look or perform like an MP5 at all, and therefore doesn't feel like a mp5 and is frankly disappointing. Meanwhile if you look at screenshots of the MP5 in GTA6, you can clearly see its an MP5.

And although models in gta6 will basically be identical to the real thing, there will be minor changes here and there to avoid copyright issues. Simplest ways i know of games doing this is by making models true to life but changing the names, such as an HK416 being called MK416 for example, even if the model is still a exact replica. Whether PZ can pull this off, i don't know. But i would much rather prefer that than the measly new names we received for the guns a few updates ago. "Patrol Revolver"? Really? That doesn't tell anything, its not informative and honestly anything can be a "patrol revolver" because that's not a name its a category. Such as i could use the M16 as a "patrol rifle". So what, should the devs now rename the m16 to Patrol Rifle for consistency? Maybe remodel the gun while at it so it looks like something out of Halo?
I may be coming on too harsh, but i do not find the naming satisfying to generalize rather than localize so to speak. Nor do i find it pleasant to have a gun inspired by something, and only have 2 features that give you just a hint it COULD be an MP5 rather than "its a modified MP5".
And like @dgh said that we don't have Chevrolet cars, except we have Chevalier. I'd much rather have that and have the models more accurate to the real thing even if not fully identical, but close. Rather than something fully fictional where you look at something and just "what is this supposed to be?"
I hope i explained it well, as well as my dissatisfaction and disagreement on having a fully fledged "inspired by" mindset like the first picture.
