Are you using drivers from AMD's website? https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/ryzen/ryzen-5000-series/amd-ryzen-5-5500u.html You may need to remove and reinstall your video drivers using the latest official version?

Also the "Desensitized" trait should decrease amount of discomfort from worn clothing such as body armor since a veteran character would probably be used to wearing body armor.

You should be able to wear eyewear such as glasses while wearing a ghillie suit. The netting wouldn't prevent wearing them realistically.
