I think you might be suffering from a crash we have been tracking with AMD hardware. Generally the fixes we recommend don't stop the crashes but do slow them down. First can you try disabling any overlays you might have active such as Discord, Steam or Rivatuner Second we usually say to increase RAM allocation but given you only have 8gb of RAM and integrated graphics this probably isn't an option for you. The crash isn't happening on the Stable versions so in your case, and I know it isn't ideal, you might be better off playing the Stable version until a proper fix is found for the issue.

Do you know roughly what time of day it was when you recorded that video? Just so I can correlate it to the logs.

Yeah the input lock-up is an intentional design that's meant to prevent you from driving during certain gun interactions, like reloading and two-handed aiming. I also reported this as a bug a while back, but I guess it's still more of a feature, just not a very well-thought-out one.
