Niaw
Is there a way to quickly reload my mod or at the very least the modifications I make to the LUA files without having to restart the game?
RoboMat
Not by default. You could probably write a file-reloader yourself though.
Niaw
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll go and look for the I/O functions in the Javadocs. Or take a look at how the modloader works and work from there.
lulu58e2
I've had some success using the debugger to reload my Lua scripts. It won't reload data changes you've made to other parts of the system (e.g. registering event handlers and such) but it will bring in local changes. (I'm not using the mod loader though; I'm sym-linking my files into the /media/lua/client directory) Niaw
RobertJohnson
You can use the debug mod (add a -debug in the .bat), and then just press F11 in game to bring the lua debugger, there you can reload your file within the game Niaw and ToastedFishSandwich
