It seems like there are issues with your graphics card rendering the game.
Can you try updating your drivers to the latest version from here:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-mobile-processors-radeon-vega-graphics/amd-ryzen-5-1

 

If that fails, try going to the C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid folder and edit the options.ini file.

In that file, edit the fullscreen=true line to fullscreen=false

Then try launching the game again.

Can you share that file as mentioned in the log? We would need it to find out more info about the issue.
