Custom scenario? (Objectives/Missions)

Game of course have challenges from main menu, but most of them outdated and pretty much abandoned. It would be very cool to implement most of them new look or even add new ones, because even if game is a sandbox. People still gonna try implement any kind of quests. Man, we have ESCAPE FROM KNOX COUNTRY so why not to add this kind of stuff but in vanila?
