My lukewarm apologies to those applicable if this has already been suggested. The Idea Some players/or NPC's could start with a medical condition. This could require specialist medicine or equipment to prevent them from behaving irrationally/violently or from plain old fashioned dying. Context For those that have played the excellent The Walking Dead by TellTale games will know exactly what I mean.The character 'Larry' suffers from vagina angina. I'll leave you to research the condition yourself. I'd recommend the game and it would also give you a good idea as to how it effects the group. The Mechanic With players it could lead to you having to foray outside of your comfort zone in order to acquire the medicine you or an NPC require. And as such makes no sense to start off with medical conditions.Maybe you'd like that, but other players don't see the same views as you.Multiplayer will eventually give you character generation with RANDOM profession starting kits... "Diabetes"(You cant eat certain foods. = +5 points?) "Alcholic"(Lack of alcohol gives you some bad moodles, maybe even hallucinations? = +5 points?) These are some suggestions i just thought. Adding medical conditions as bad traits. Seems realistic to me and needs so little work to be implemented. (Just inhaler and rest of it is a few coding, hallucinations would be a bit harder tho. But right now unhappiness moddle does nothing.
