Give Farmer Occupation Spear Starting Skill And Boost

As farmer's main weapon choice would be garden fork and a lot farming works need stabbing alike actions, it would be reasonable to give farmer occupation spear start skill and boost.

Having a little experience with both a spear and using a garden fork or pitchfork on piles of organic matter I don't think it quite lines up skill wise. The former is more about aim and penetration the latter is more about using leverage (a class three lever to be exact, just like a baseball bat). You don't generally try to lift things with a spear once you stab them. I suppose you could argue experience with the leverage might be somewhat transferable to dealing with the dead weight of a zombie on a stick after it is stabbed, but I'm skeptical that it would make a meaningful difference. I think having staff fighting skills might line up some or some kind of survivalist trait option might be reasonable for the XP boost.
