You can drag the file in or click on "choose files" to attach it.

Your PC is way below the minimum requirements, you might be able to run the game with a few tweaks though. You will need to download and install the latest drivers for your specific graphics card from your manufacturer's website (Intel) You can also try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and run the game using the “ProjectZomboid32.bat” file Lastly, if none of those help, I recommend checking out this link on how to fix OpenGL issues on Intel HD 4000 graphics cards and earlier: https://gist.github.com/rb-dahlb/26f316c5b6089807a139fc44ee69f0d1

Now if that does not fix your issue either, I can only recommend switching to the older "Legacy" game versions by going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions.
