[41.77][Multiplayer] Can't wear a shirt/sweater or bulletproof vest if wearing an army coat

It only happens on 41.77.

It's on multiplayer.

No mods.

 

I'm unable to wear anything else on the torso if I'm wearing an army coat, a bulletproof vest for example replaces the coat, same thing with a shirt or sweater. I heard it might be an intended change for the army coat, but I haven't seen any changes on the patch notes except for the model ones. And it only happens to me, my friends on the server can wear the army coat AND other stuff on the torso just fine.
