Managed to restore the backup and got everything back to normal

I play MP with a couple of friends, just the three of us and I host the server on my own PC using the Host button. Today one of my friends got bit by a zombie 30 feet away from him, he heard the bite sound on his end, but even on his screen the zombie was VERY far away and there were no other zombies nearby, on my screen there was no bite sound whatsoever and I even said "You're fine, it's probably just desync" when he said he got bit. Anyway, we already had to restart a while ago because we got the "Save cannot be loaded" error, so stuff like this makes it extra frustrating. The server has backups enabled, so is there a way to restore the server? Does the backup keeps character info? Vanilla game with no mods, on current release.

It only happens on 41.77. It's on multiplayer. No mods. I'm unable to wear anything else on the torso if I'm wearing an army coat, a bulletproof vest for example replaces the coat, same thing with a shirt or sweater. I heard it might be an intended change for the army coat, but I haven't seen any changes on the patch notes except for the model ones. And it only happens to me, my friends on the server can wear the army coat AND other stuff on the torso just fine.
