Dedicated server can't update to 41.72?

Hi everyone, I'm having a hard time updating my dedicated server to the build 41.72 via steam cmd, I've done the following:
 

1) Open steamCMD

2) login anonymous

3) app_update 380870 -unstable - unstable - BACKUP FIRST validate
4) quit
 

I see the update starting and everything seems ok but the server remains at build 41.71, any advice?

I tried several times with this command but even if it seems to update, when i start the server it still run the build 41.71, any other suggest?

Unusual, are you sure you are installing the server in the correct directory? You need to run the force_install_dir command before that to specify the install directory.
