[41.65] [ANY] Allow all clothing setting prevent respawn

When enabling the Allow All clothing setting on server or host you are prevented to respawn on death.

 

Version: 41.65

Dedicated Multiplayer / Host Multiplayer

No mods

 

Reproduction steps:

 

1. Enable: Allow all clothing
2. Die and respawn

I'm on Linux with a dedicated server and am having the same issue (both server & client running on Linux). When I click the create new character button it doesn't show the character creation screen and stays following your zombie character. You can get around this issue by rejoining the server which takes you to the new character screen.
