AWS Linux server

so, almost there...
Following https://linuxgsm.com/servers/pzserver/ I was able to create an instance, configure my firewall and all seems fine.
But when I try to start the server I get an error:

Am I missing something on the config side?

Did you install as root user? what ports do you have open (inbound and outbound)?
