DUPES Everywhere

We have a hardcore SA PZ server and we are having lots of good honest players reporting this to us.
I have no idea if this (attached file) is right and if i should just ban everyone in there. Btw, there's an admin in there too LOL and he did not dupped anything on purpose.

There is a lot of duping going on. Im trying to make sense of it. 

Far as I can tell theres two types going on, one which happens in containers, so far been bags you equip.

And the second has been with placing items down. Seen some strange things happening with this but havnt seen anything repetitive.

I'm so excited for a fix, or something to at least prevent it :/

Our server is running full 24 players, almost 24/7 and we already created a big, and engaged community here on SA.

I'm hoping for the best.

Can confirm I've been able to loot contents of placed/dropped containers (garbage bag and school bag) only to come back later and find the same looted contents in that container (relootable, even).

We have the issue with previously equipped bags duping items.
