Dismantling Electronics bug B41.60

There is a bug where, if I attempt to dismantle any electronics (TVs, radios, lamps) it will play through the animation, but the object will not be disassembled. Instead, the entire object is put into my inventory and I can then place the object again. Whenever this happens a red error message pops up in the lower right hand corner of the screen saying "error x" with the x being a number. The number increases with my attempts to disassemble. For example if I disassemble a TV, the whole TV goes into my inventory and the error message reads "Error 20". If I place the TV and then try to dismantle it again the same thing will happen but the error message will read "error 21" and so on. Zero electrical xp is awarded and it is impossible to level up my electrical skill so I cannot hotwire cars. This happened in single player mode. Mods I am using: Become Desensitized, Improved Blood Effects, Missing weapon models (Reworked!), Mod Options, reszombie. As far as I know none of these mods should affect dismantling electronics. Also an interesting observation, I am able to disassemble electronics regardless of whether or not I have a screwdriver, and the result is the same either way. Could you share the "console.txt" file found in "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid" to a site like pastebin.com and then post a link to that here so we can take a look? Ensure to grab it after you've tried to disassemble an object and saw the red error popup. Please and thank you   (any mods, btw?)
