Let's say your 100% wet, wringing out the clothes should always drop to 50% when wringed out, if you are below the 50% threshold you cannot wring out because the water is dampened and cannot be wringed out. orikamii Posted January 2, 2021 Share Posted January 2, 2021 (edited) I'm going to add another clothes drying suggestion here. Clothelines would be pretty cool.
