Modded Dedicated Server just stopped working

I am not even really sure how to setup a server on Project Zomboid let alone a modded one, I was just moving and place files as my friend was telling to place them. I have run my own Minecraft server and this just seems a lot harder and more complicated. There are two file locations to place mods and gah no, I can't figure it out. I actually did try to figure out how to make a dedicated serer on my own computer but it did not work. I downloaded the Dedicated Server from steam but not all the files were downloaded and I have no idea where to get them.

The one missing file was the server settings file, and then trying to figure out to add mods and what else I just can't figure out.

Well anyone back to the server we had up and running for a whole 3 days, all of a sudden it just stopped working. The problem being the one mod Electric Lights. We tried removing it, that didn't work, we tried reinstalling and deleting all the files but then when we try reinstalling...I say reinstalling what I mean is, my friend sends me the files again and we delete electric lights from the mods and then add it back in a clean files but.....it doesn't work...

When we try to load the game, the mods won't install, we get an Error, "Error with the Steam Workshop items, ID's or what ever." and that is that.

So I am completely done on how to get a server to work with mods or a server even at all, I'll gladly run a Minecraft again, at least those issues I understood and There was only ONE location for file!?

Well thank you for any information and help any can offer.

The mod creator just removed the mod from the workshop, when this happens if you dont remove the mod id and name from the servertest.ini the server trys to "update" the files, and when files aren't there it kinda hangs.

Will be good to have a mod tracker, to see what and when changes are made, mods are removed or updates are in.
