Whenever i have the game's fps locked at 60, i get it solidly.
however,
when i walk, the speed fluctuates between regular, and then walking super slowly as if i'm going through something, and the animation also plays very slow.
It also does this with sprinting.
No loss in actual frames per second although.
It works fine at 30fps
I haven't tried 45 yet although.
I have no clue what's causing this
as i have a 4gb GTX 960, And a Core i3 4170, and 8gbs of ram.
