New sandbox settings [Need some explanation]

I've updated my game but I am stuck at some settings. "Plant Resilience", in order to make the game easier, and to plants require less water and be less prone to disease, does it has to be set to "Very low" or "Very high"? And "Endurance Regeneration", there's no description when I put the cursor above the setting so I don't really know what it is, what does it means? And in order to make the game easier what is the best setting? Sorry about the questions, but I am really bad understanding and interpreting english stuff. Thanks.

A higher setting means that the plant will be stronger. So very high is for an easy game and very low for a difficult game. The same goes for the regeneration. Very high means that you will regenerate your endurance more quickly and very low means the opposite If you click beginner in the main menu you should get everything on easy. I haven't tested this myself though.
