Can't load saved World issue

Hi Support, 

 

I have loaded the game today and found that my previous saved game ( world) nows says please switch to Steam branch "build 23" to play this savefile.

 

It worked fine last night and has only just occurred this morning. 

 

I have researched and can't find anything about it online.

Hey, pleadian, have you found a fix for this yet? I got the same glitch(?) today - started a new character in sandbox mode and played for many hours. Today I'm trying to load my save and I'm told to switch to build23, which I find to be weird at the very least. Just don't want to lose progress. Cheers.

Are you playing on one of the testing branches on Steam? If so, there may have been an update yesterday/today that changed some stuff.

 

It's also possible your save got corrupted somehow (though unlikely). I mentioned this to one of the devs, so he may have some insight as well.

I have only just started playing , it is thru Steam. I just selected Sandbox and Muldraugh map . Not sure how I select testing branch.
