This would be a really unnecessary addition that would be better off being implemented by modders. I also severely doubt that "many many people" would be extremely averse to that happening, maybe a fringe minority since this is just a game. I'm sure there'd be people who would be extremely averse to seeing the player character die, should we remove death from the game? Like I said this would be an unnecessary addition.

I made a reddit post a few days ago on some smithing suggestions for some realism. I won't retype the whole thing but just link it here so hopefully people (or dev) can see it.
