  1. I am able to run a server in the current version of this branch. Two issues though: Zombies don't seem to drop clothes, and pants seem to glitch out sometimes when put on with the 3D models. Other than that, loving this so far.
  2. With the mapping tools now accessible, here is an idea: Someone can use the tiles for custom built objects in the building editor to create a survivor's building of some kind. Once the metagame is all in and NPCs are brought back in, a folder could be put in the game's directory under an appropriate name and the aforementioned building files could be placed there. Over the course of the metagame NPC groups could look at their supplies, compare that to supply cost for one of the custom buildings, seek out a suitable spot based on the buildings dimension, and follow a logical workflow to actually build it in game. I think something like this would be brilliant and add a lot of life (snaredrum) to the game.
  3. Ah, I should have clarified a few things about that: 1. That was only the very edge of a group and I never saw the other side, nor was I able to find a way around them. 2. That was the thinnest group I saw, and the only one i was able to actually get a screen shot without getting them immediately trying to swarm me. 3. These groups are showing up every time I go inside and wait somewhere for a few game hours. I know I am not being followed by them either since I always watch my back and never just go in a straight line. On a different note, one group was so dense that I couldn't see the ground tiles under it, and when they all came to kill me the game didn't lag. So, I guess there is that.
  4. Currently using the Steam Beta patch, and I have two things to report (although I haven't tried to build anything yet, although I expect I'll have the same problem as everyone else) 1. Zombie kill count is WAY off: http://i.imgur.com/uch2kC8h.jpg 2. Zombies ALWAYS spawn in massive numbers outside any safehouse I try to set up: http://i.imgur.com/1w21aRNh.jpg
  5. Having them disappear during the day would be strange, but having them move indoors and away from windows would be better. Hell, have the sunlight kill them if they are stuck outdoors. It would make having a safehouse that much harder, and on top of that would make the seemingly easy task of scavenging during the day occasionally end up impossible. Just my two cents.
