Won't you (in the near future) be having NPC survivors to help with the farming/masonry/etc..? And (in the slightly farther future) there'll be co-operative multiplayer to help with the division of labour. That's not to say that feature creep is a, potentially, bad thing and can ruin a game.

I think you're forgetting the most important thing of all. That being: a Spiffo player character skin. (or alternatively a Spiffo Onesie). (also I like your item overhaul ideas and the addition of a sewer system would be awesome.) Cheers
