This was addressed last night with a very small hotfix update, which should have been downloaded if you use Steam. Make sure you're still on the beta build.

The excellent Lemmy101 has just released a hotfix that should resolve right click context menu bugs. Thanks for your patience everyone!

Full reinstall should be fixing this issue for everyone.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling zomboid (and making sure the beta is still selected in the beta tab)
