Clubfoot

My fave has to be the tiny cabin in the woods (with the well) north of the logging company. Removes concerns over water, building materials, foraging land, and proximity to city centers. I rarely see more than a few stragglers up that way.

Excited for them for all the reasons everyone has mentioned. Also excited to play a mentally imbalanced, off the deep end, kill all survivors on sight playthrough. I should need to have a reason to want to do that... but I don't.
