    hey all its been a very long time since i've been here. i'm currently using stable build with a friend to play and we wish to soft reset the world, how would we go about doing this as the soft reset in pz it's self terminates after a little bit and say server has stopped during launch (normaltermination) any help would be much appreciated.

    hey all its been a while but i've been running a server with some friend for a little but and i just went to do a soft rest from in the game and the process terminates after about 30 - 40%. is there a way i can get it to finish the reset?

    hey hydro, i'll have a talk with hamu about it and see what he says. sorry about long response time there i've been a bit busy there doesnt seem to be an issues, what exactly have you entered in the available fields before trying to enter the server.

    hard reset in coming tomorrow to get the server of beta branch.

    ok server is up and running. if you have a problem where it crash. go to your multiplayer folder and delete your character but keep the back up, then rename your back up minus the back up part and load up back in to server and it should be fine.

    there is no mods but i'll disable lau check just to be sure

    its not you the server is down completely. i'm waiting on support to tell me whats wrong with it and i've waited 12 hours for them to do that. fragnet are being slow with this problem solving. it'll be up as soon as i can get it up sorry to you and everyone else waiting for the server to return

    yeah i'm trying to find out the problem but i have no idea what is causing it. i'm just going to hard reset it and see if that helps

    ok you got me stumped there i'm on build 30.10 and so is server and me and other people are on ok. have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? also i dont think this matter's (but i'm not 100% sure). in the server name remove earth 2

    ok are you using the right port 16361 not the default port of 16261.

    have you updated your game to build 30.10?

    albie is correct. i dont wants causing it. i've had no problem with my character since i made a new one, but i h ave informecd the devs of it, if you wish to do the same as well it would be much appreciated.

    i dont know whats stopping you zorak every time you play, leave it in the hands of the devs in the bug tracker. yes ping is high guys cos we're a server that a lot of people around the world play on and that effects all other player and lets not forget the big one here, we are on beat build on a fragnet rented server. its not going to be perfect but it seem that everyone else is capable of playing and dealing with the ping.
