  1. The thing about the ill-effects being minimal... I actually sorta doubt that will be the case. If you're a loner, yes, but I believe the final plans are for Loner-ing to be a lot more deadly because of the risks of...well...loneliness. And if you are intereacting with an NPC group then those traits are just going to make everybody hate you, which could potentially be fatal. "Not quite enough food for everyone? Ah well, Mr RageMood, better luck tomorrow..."
  2. - clicked 'websites' because it's close enough to 'magazine' - I found out about PZ waywaywayway back when PC Gamer UK had a page about it in their previews section. (This was when the old map was only a quarter of its later size and flashlights were a really effective means of suicide. Spent a while playing around in the demo and then grabbed the paid version because it fixed.... some bug I can't remember.)
  3. When reading this, I just realised.... ....I'm going to be a Bad NPC.... The group leader will tell me to patrol the house and I'll send my character outside, stick them behind a tree and then quickly run to the kitchen to grab some biscuits or something, get back to the game and tell the leader that I patrolled the shit out of that house. And the zombie-infested toilet will then be my fault.
  4. One of the things I'm most looking forward to with NPCs is all the interactions within the group. Also, I'd be curious about what happens if you find a group of survivors and they let you join them.... but there'd be no reason for them to instantly treat you as their leader. Would the NPC in-charge basically assign quests to you? Or will they end up just seeing the Hand Of God on your shoulder and immediatly do whatever you say?
