It has happened to me and no good news for you. You have to basically restart your character in order to get back on the server. I think the power loss causes a corruption in your char file and causes that problem. Only fix I know that works is to start over.

Hey Hamu, I haven't been able to get back on server ever since I got booted for high ping. Don't know if the server is acting up or if its the build 29 that's doing it.

Yeah it went weird after a bit. wouldn't load anything and couldn't communicate.
