Reproduction steps:
1. Start the game in Apocalypse mode.
2. Install Flood Lights outside, within range of generator.
3. Wait. Eventually there will be a "pop" like a light going out. Flood Lights will no longer provide light.
4. Click Flood Lights; observe normal on/off toggle sounds.
5. Right-Click Flood Lights; observe missing sub-context menu to remove Light Bulb.
6. Pick up Flood Lights, Quit while FL is in inventory, Load game, Install Flood Lights.
7. Right-Click Flood Lights; observe normal context menu options.
8. Click Flood Lights; observe working Light Bulb! Until it burns out again...
