Game trying to acess my laptop webcam

So for some reason project zmboid on launch is trying to get acess to my microphone and my laptop webcam for some reason. 

 

Is it normal??

 

I guess the microphone is normal but why the webcam??

The game has no webcam support. If your Microphone is built into the webcam, then accessing both to be able to use the Microphone would be necessary, if you are certain that it is the game accessing the webcam and not Steam for example.
