How to soft reset Dedicated server? [Linux]

My only interest is the loot regeneration and the preservation of constructions, player containers with their items, etc. Could someone please help me?

Soft reset does not work at the moment. And there are no options that would do what you want it to do exactly. A soft reset just clears all the items and blood from the floor.
What you can try is going to the server save folder, back it up first, and then delete every map.bin file there except the map areas that you want to leave untouched.

This guide explains how to delete the map files, you will basically delete everything but the area you want to keep:
