Looking for which mod is disabling destroying tiles with sledgehammer

I already got rid of the Valhalla Aegis Sledgehammer Whitelist mod, but I just wanted to be absolutely sure before taking the time to boot this again. Also asking for a better way to obtain the modlist

Any mod or combination of them can cause issues in game. You could troubleshoot this by starting a new game without any mods and then enable them one by one (or in groups, since there are so many of them) to see where the problem starts.

I think it's purposeful, because it shows a message: "You can't dismantle this" or "You can't destroy this." I do think its the Valhalla aegis mods but when I remove them it breaks everything. I gotta figure out which mods it likes and get rid of those too.
