ProjectZomboid does not open

good, the problem I have is that when I try to enter the game just stays running (in the task manager does not appear the program) in steam I do not get an error popup window, and validate the files, delete the game folders and uninstall and reinstall and still the same, when I try to run it with the launch I get this in the CMD.
I do not know if you could help me.

I can only recommend switching to the older "Legacy" game versions by going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions.
