How do I host a PZ Multiplayer Server?

I have been trying to host a MP server for a while now but I can't quite figure it out. I've seen several forum posts as well as a few YouTube videos but all of them seem to be outdated or they just don't work for me. I have to mention that I don't have a router and that I am instead using data for Internet access, and correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I could gather that doesn't work for hosting a MP server. In the case that it does, or otherwise in case my friend were to host the server instead; how exactly do I host a MP server without it failing to connect (failed to establish p2p connection)/timing out? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

For what you mention i suggest to use a vpn, there is hamachi wich is free and can host 5 users.
