I can't start my private zomboid server. Myself and friends both crash after character creation

See Title. I'm not sure what to do. This is my second server and it's still having issues.

It looks like there is an issue with spawning the character in, can you share the logs.zip file from the same Zomboid folder as well?

This looks like two random text files zipped up, which is not the exact logs I need.
I would need the specific "logs.zip" file located in the Zomboid folder and not in the Logs folder.

The file is currently 17 MB and the max file size on here is 4 MB. Do you have another way to submit this?

Can you try putting the attached file in the Zomboid/Server folder? That's where the server settings are located and it is possible this one might be missing.
And since I am sending the server file with the default "servertest" settings name, can you make sure your settings that you use to start the server with are called the same?
