[41.73][SP Vanilla] Car batteries charge reporting

If a car battery is in a car, you can see the "Remaining" and "Condition" both as a percentage.

If the car battery is out of the car, in your inventory,  you can see "Remaining" bar and  "Condition" as a fraction of 100.   (Everything else uses a green bar for condition)

If the car battery is on the floor, you just see the type.  (Fair enough)

If you are trying to hook a car battery up to a battery charger, you see on the menu the type name and a percentage.  Is this condition or remaining? 

 

So which numbers represent the amount of charge in the battery?  This is really unhelpful for new players who then have to experiment to try to figure out what the charge is and how much they need to crank a car.  

 

None of these report uses the word "CHARGE".   Would it be so hard to write "Remaining charge"?  or just "charge" or "%charged" even "charge condition" if that tickles your fancy.
