R: car appears, but if my friend starts the car and drives, the car freezes for me. we have already tried to start the server with and without mods, and also to reinstall the game. Yes, we tried a new game a few times 10GB of RAM, but before it ran normally, it was really without explanation that this started to happen. Beard Posted August 18, 2022 Share Posted August 18, 2022 If it happens again, can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid? Beard Posted August 18, 2022 Share Posted August 18, 2022 Yes that would be preferable, getting logs from both the host and the player would be best. Though make sure to only get the logs after replicating the issue without any mods. Just so the issue does show up in the logs. Rafael Wowk Posted August 18, 2022 Author Share Posted August 18, 2022 Fresh server, no mods, both of us made thieves and went straight for cars, server host found one and met me, it was invisible. Then we logged out and in again to test it, escaped a small horde by getting into the car we got (when invited player drives the car it works for both), got to a safe place then switched drivers, host drove away but it didn't show on my screen, the car was stopped in the same place, he got out of it a few meters away and I got into it where it was on my screen, on his screen the car slided sideways to the previous point and he could see me driving normally. logsRafaelW = My logs logshost(cardesync) = Host Logs logsRafaelW.zip logshost(cardesync).zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I wonder, does this only happen on a server hosted by your friend or would it happen if you hosted the server? Or for example on a random public server as well? I have experienced this issue aswell, as admin i've had a few times where i don't see vehicles that other people can see, when i relog then i can usually see them. frunt Posted August 20, 2022 Share Posted August 20, 2022 I am seeing ga very similar issue my self but the car disappears but the tires stay So I can see just the tires, My question that I do see similar is it happens to jumped cars particularly. Is this a fact on your side as well. I just tried to update to the recent update and it ran the update on the server but still says the .71 so i am still stuck using that. on my dedicated server. Rafael Wowk Posted August 21, 2022 Author Share Posted August 21, 2022 Hi, sorry for taking some time to test it. Made a server with switched host, no mods, everything worked as intended. Then we got back into the previous servers we were testing to see if it happened again with old host, it didn't...even in our main server with mods cars are working just fine now.
