I know nothing about running a server... but this line in the log seems important.

java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: /root/Zomboid/mods  -maybe create this directory and see if that helps.

Errors are also happening in mods in thes two files:
StBernardHillMapDefinition.lua line # 245
SW_nothingishardcoded.lua line # 9

There is indeed a problem with this map, but what is the reason for not connecting to the game. See the first topic above for error reporting.

The problems seems to be that you either have too many maps enabled or that there is a problem with the maps, which causes the BufferOverflowException
You will likely have to remove some of the maps from the save, after that it should work.

Deleting the problematic map save still doesn't work.
